Magento 1 and Magicento

I need to work on a Magento 1 project (migrating to M2) for the first time in a while.

I used to use and depend on the Magicento plugin for PHPStorm, but the version I have (2.9.3) crashes on recent versions of Storm. The Magicento website is down.

I’m wondering if there’s some way to get hold of the most recent version of Magicento for M1 or, if not, how if anything comparable exists.
